Business Mentoring

Who are the Mentors and what role do they perform?

Our Mentors are experienced business people who are willing to give their time to support their local business community. They are from a diverse range of industries and understand what it takes to make a business prosper in Germany, India, Canada, and United States

A Mentor is a:

  • Guide
  • Trusted advisor
  • Connector to motivation
  • Data Arrangement
  • Empathetic ear
  • Change management
  • Supporter
  • Problem solving
  • Facilitator
  • Provider of an outside perspective
  • Catalyst for change

Mentors are only motivated by your success; they are not emotionally or financially invested in your business.

The B2B Marketing Agency

We help B2B companies that are struggling to fill their pipeline with quality leads generate insatiable demand for their products and services using a unique & proven, laser-focused digital marketing process.

Our Small Business Mentoring service provides up to 12 months of confidential, one-on-one assistance for small business owners, who are trading, want to grow, or need help to solve specific business challenges. Our Business Mentors have experience and empathy for small business, offering guidance, a sounding board, challenging their thinking, and providing them with an independent and fresh perspective.

Who is Small Business Mentoring for?

Our Mentoring service helps small business owners, like you, assess your current business activity and build skills and perspective for your future success.

You will be matched with a Mentor who understands the highs and lows of business having been on their own business development journey, and bringing with them experience you will benefit from.

One-to-one mentoring and group mentoring

Mentors can work with you on a one-to-one basis. Or, you can work as part of a group, where eight or ten companies meet to discuss common issues and share knowledge and resources under the guidance of a shared mentor. Either way, you can benefit from the insight, support and experience of a successful business person.

However, having a business mentor won’t automatically fix all your business problems. Mentors are not consultants and they don’t take the place of existing professional advisers.
